The vastness of the information and offerings on the Internet combined with rising levels of (everyone’s) technical competency has allowed organisations to engage with technology providers and employ technical staff with ever-increasing flexibility.

Where outside of Business as Usual (BAU), specific technical capability was traditionally sought as a part of early business analysis and technical selection, organisations can (and are) increasingly researching and arriving at technology options independent of specific technical expertise.  

Whilst large Professional Services organisations see this shift as a threat to their traditional full-service advisory business units,  we’ve embraced this shift by offering targeted, smaller (and thus) less expensive products. We challenge ourselves to focus on providing trustworthy technical advice versus volumes of documents.
